★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier haben sich viele Europäer, wie Deutsche Schweizer, Russen, Norweger etc. Eine Villa gekauft. Die Villen sind hübsch, die Gärten klein und schnuckelig. Jedoch sind alle Villen sehr nahe aneinander gebaut, haben keinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, am steilen Hang gelegen und enge Wege. Zudem ist die Zufahrt dorthin, die Strassen in einem schlechten Zustand. Für eine bewachte Wohnanlage eher bescheidener Luxus und in meinen Augen überteuerte Villen
Many Europeans like Germans, Swiss, Russians, Norwegians etc. bought a villa here. The villas are pretty, the gardens are small and cute. However, all villas are built very close to each other, have no parking space in front of the house, located on a steep slope and narrow paths. In addition, the access there, the streets are in poor condition. For a gated community rather modest luxury and in my eyes overpriced villas

Ruhig gelegen. Zum Entspannen und einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Erstklassiges Dachrestaurant. Eines meiner Favoriten in Mahmutlar und Kargıcak. Hier macht Urlaub,Spaß ??
Great, slightly more upscale villa district of Mahmutlar-Kargıcak with a unique view over the banana plantations to the Mahmutlar district to Alanya. Villa district with pools. In a calm neighborhood. To relax and have a great vacation. First class rooftop restaurant. One of my favorites in Mahmutlar and Kargıcak. Here is vacation, fun ??
