★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is wonderful.its also very clean and the WiFi is good and reliable. Water pressure and temperature was amazing too.
Beds was super comfortable. Our room included airport transfer, they were on time. Staff were friendly too.
What I did not like is that I felt the furniture needed replacement but that’s just my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this hotel while looking for a restaurant that closed but ended up eating at the hotel's restaurant. Very clean, very professional and helpful staff, very accommodating. The food was excellent and not badly priced for a 5-star hotel. We enjoyed the food and appreciated the helpful service! I would recommend at least trying the restaurant, if not possibly spending the night too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5 star hotel located in the heart of the city and surrounded by shop, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. You don't need to go far for shopping or dining, all just walking distance.
The staff are really friendly and kind, the hotel is very friendly environment, very comfortable and clean. Rooms are good and sound proof so you don't get disturbed by the street noises.
Guest relations staff is very kind and helpful in giving advice and tourists attraction and also they can book you a daily package.
Personally I liked it allot and advice to stay here if you willing to come to trabzon.
