I took my car around 3-4 shops. After a loss of time and money, they recommended this service to me. The problem was actually very simple. The sure master here took care of my problem personally and they took care of my problem.

The price policy is a very expensive place. They didn't even order us a water and tea, but they did our job. We stayed there for 5 hours.

We went because my car was stalling, the clutch sensor error was found. They took 220 lira for a piece of 80 lira. Totally 10-20 minutes of workmanship. Even in the official service, not that much pile. Interestingly, the problem was not solved. We encountered such an expression.

First of all, I would like to point out that I live in another province about 300 km from Trabzon. Since I have another job in Trabzon, I decided to have my vehicle serviced here. My vehicle is Suzuki brand and it's been about 3 years since its warranty expired. I called the authorized service and they gave a price of 1300 TL for the general maintenance (oil, oil filter, air and pollen filter), so it was a bit too much for a vehicle with an expired warranty, and I called Uzunoğlu Automotive, which I found on the internet as a special service, and said that I would come from outside the province, they officially passed it off (actually here I understood what kind of a workplace they were, but unfortunately I was a little convicted) I asked the price, they said it would cost 400-500 TL (actually, they are doing this maintenance for 350 TL outside, but we thought we said special service or competent). In short, I arrived at this so-called workplace, I said I had called you, I said I am coming from outside of the province, I said I will have the maintenance done, but he muttered strangely as if I had cursed the man. First, he opened the hood, and something started to be said that someone else had already taken care of this car, and it was not maintained here. Of course, although I knew that he would not understand, I explained again that I am coming from outside of the province, then he lifted the vehicle and immediately removed the oil filter, of course, our car was held hostage after this time. First he went, he brought an unspecified oil brand, I warned him, would he put castrol this time, he went and brought 5/40 oil (but if you ask, he's the master) I said why not 5/30 again, the master lit the oil lamp, the water was boiling, he muttered something and went and changed it . I said now, let's get out of here as soon as possible. He started to caress the car, to touch it, to ask where I can lock it, sometimes the master says that I know, but at the same time, fortunately, I now forcibly took the car off the lift. It's time to pay the bill, they locked the oil and oil filter and 600 TL on the air filter (I didn't put the pollen on, thank god). Actually, I had read the comments here before I went, but I said it wouldn't be that bad. In short, this place has six as well as above.

Even though I'm from Trabzon, it's one of the worst places I've ever been to. Zero workmanship, zero treatment, and besides that, they are just money-hungry people. I definitely do not recommend it to those who will come from outside. I witnessed a foreign citizen with my own eyes, think about the rest. They are not men of words...
