The bank never answered my phone calls over and over. I could not convey my problem. The customer sensitivity of the state bank means that much. It is a pity, very sad ..

Anybody who can reach this bank by phone is really lucky ? I have been able to reach the operator 1 time even though I have called repeatedly at different times for 3 days???
