They did not even deserve a star for the account transactions I wanted to take the line sevcan was directed to my wife I waited for 1 hour a while did not come. If your customer service is so bad, try with rendezvous. Shame !!

Sıra beklemeden girenler hepsi esnafmis öğle soyliyor Müdür bey efendi!! Biz ufak lar olmasak esnafın parası olurmu galiba hayır. Onlara Termin veriliyorsa bize neden yok. Müdür beyin ismini alamadım ve kapısında isim cikarilmisti galiba kimse bilmesin diye. Ben Almanya dan geliyorum benden başka kimse ağzını açmadı korkudan işi olmaz diye. Müşteri hizmeti büyük parada yani euro yada çanta dolusu para ( kendi gözümle gördüm kapıda karşılandı ve parayı kapıda iyade etti eurolar ))%500 am normal insansan %10 belki .Yazık yanı müdür bey . Ama bilinki gene kapınıza dayanacagim bu haksızlık dir .

Those who enter without waiting in line are all shopkeepers, they say lunch, Mr. Manager!! If we were not small people, would the shopkeepers have money, I guess. If they are given a Termin, there is no reason for us. I couldn't get the name of the headmaster, and the name was taken off his door, I guess, so that no one would know.
