Servis ihtiyacım olduğunda ise kabul edilebilir bir sürede problemimi çözmek için tarafıma ulaştılar. Teşekkür ederim. I bought 3 times Lg tv and Uysal Electronics assembled as soon as friends. Bir sonraki gün aradığımda sevis çalışanı arkadaş arızayı tespit etmeye çalıştığını, anakart arızası olabileceğini ve anakart getirtip test edeceğini, ona gore bilgilendirme yapacağını söyledi. Buradaki yorumları görünce gidip servisten televizyonumu aldım. Başka bir tamirciye götürdüm, 3 saat içince güç besleme kartındaki arızayı tamir ettiler ve televizyonumu teslim aldım. Servisin bu arızayı tespit edememesi ve arızanın farklı bir bölümde olabileceğini düşünmesi insanın aklına bir takım sorular getiriyor. Ledlerin hepsini degistirdik diye 450 tl aldilar. 2020 temmuzda tekrar ayni sorun oldu. Ledleri internetten siparis edip kendim degistirdim. Eski ledleri soktugumde ledlerin arka kisimlari birbirinden farkli. Arizali olanlari degistirmisler. Yapilan islemle ilgili garanti belge falan mutlaka isteyin. Yoksa diyecek sozunuz olmaz. In December 2019, I brought my LG TV to the service because there is no sound. They took 450 TL for changing the leds. The same problem happened again in July 2020. I ordered the leds on the internet and changed them myself. When I insert the old leds, the back of the leds are different. They changed the faulty ones. Always ask for a guarantee document or something related to the process. Otherwise, you will not have a say.
