★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir servis. 2 farklı ürünüm için 3 farklı problem ile gittim hiçbirinde olumlu bir yanıt alamadım. Garantili olan her ürün için kullanıcı hatası deyip fahis fiyatlar talep ediyorlar. Apple’in bu şirketi nasıl yetkilendirdigini gerçekten anlamış değilim. Apple yetkilileri bile cihazınızı İstanbul’daki orjinal servislerimize getirmenizi öneririz diyorlar. Onlar bile bıkmış bunlardan.
 A disgraceful service. I went with 3 different problems for 2 different products and I could not get a positive response in any of them. They claim exorbitant prices for every product with warranty, saying it's user error. I really don't understand how Apple authorized this company. Even Apple officials say that we recommend that you bring your device to our original services in Istanbul. Even they are tired of them.

My phone's screen was broken. I came from Balıkesir and did my job in an hour. Apple determines the prices. The important thing is that they did a good job and I saw that they succeeded. My phone's warranty continues, continue with the original screen.

My Airpods Pro earphones had crackling on the left one, crackling bass in Noise cancel mode, and bass loss and pitching. After some research, I decided to bring it to the service after Apple announced a chronic sound problem in 2019 2020 models and they were very helpful. İstanbuldaki servisler, sağolsunlar, bizi yönlendirerek yakınımızda bulunan bu servise yönlendirdi. ürün hasar tespitine yönelik bir rapor , kısa adı D.O.A olan raporu tutmalarıydı istediğimiz..fakat girişte bir görevli&sorunlu hanımefendi var ki, zahmet etmiyor, iş üzerine almamak için türlü türlü inkarlar vs.
tavsiyem, oraya gitmeyin, bu yaklaşım tarzında olan indanlardan destek alamazsınız..
The technical service has to give support or guide in case of problems after the product is purchased. We had a problem with the Apple product for some reason. Thanks to the services in Istanbul, they directed us to this service located near us. We wanted them to keep a report on product damage assessment, the abbreviation D.O.A., but there is an attendant & problematic lady at the entrance who doesn't bother, all kinds of denials etc. in order not to take on the job.
My advice, don't go there, you can't get support from people with this approach..

I took my Airpods, complaining that there is no sound. Thankfully, the lady there immediately took it to her friend inside, she had the microphone area cleaned, maybe it would be fixed, but it didn't get better, but it is very nice that she tried hard and helped. Then it was processed by the technical service. I'm waiting
