Aracımın aküsü arızalı olduğu için tekerlekli valizle kargomu almaya gelmiştim. Kargomu valize yerleştirip oradan ayrıldım. Eve doğru giderken poşetimi klima üzerinde unuttuğumu farkedip alel acele kargoya geri döndüm. Yetkililerden poşetimi sorduğumda görmediklerini söylediler. Yetkiliye kamera sisteminden kontrol etmelerini istediğimde müşterilerin böyle bir isteğinin olamayacağını bölge müdürlüğünün sadece kargo ile ilgili olursa bakabileceğini beyan etti. Zaten Aracımın durumundan sıkkın olduğum yetmiyormuş gibi birde poşetimin akıbetini öğrenemedim. Senelerce çalıştığım yurtiçi kargodan böyle bir durumla karşı karşıya kaldığım için çok teşekkürler. Poşetimin içeriği için üzülmedim zaten tekrar yenisini aldım. Fakat bu duyarsızlıkları için çok ilgili herkese teessüf ederim. Saygılarımla, bir vatandaş..... Sonra da POS cihazı olmadığı için teslim edemeyeceklerini gidip şubeden almam gerektiğini söylediler. Daha telefonu kapatmadan da 2. Kargom için cep telefonuma adresimde olmadığım için kargonun teslim edilemediğini bir sonraki iş gününde gidip şubeden almam gerektiği belirten bir mesaj geldi.
