Şikayet kaydı oluşturulmuştur. Telefon görüşmeleri kayıtlıdır kendilerinde ve ayrıca genel merkezde kendileriyle görüşmüş ve telefon kayıtları saklıdır genel merkezde bildiğim kadarıyla. Yurtici kargoyu severim ama bu şube gibisini görmedim.
