Trotz meiner sehr starken Sehschwäche, habe ich tolle Brillen mit extra dünnen Gläsern und einer hervorragenden Sicht ! Die Beratung, die Geduld, die Freundlichkeit und auch der Kundendienst sind super !! Nach einer Woche zuhause ging , nachdem mir ein schwerer Ordner auf die Brille fiel, ein Glas zu Bruch . Und ? Was soll ich sagen ?? Ohne wenn und aber wurde das Glas ersetzt ! Eins steht fest, ich habe meinen Optiker gefunden!! GROSSARTIG!! I've had several pairs of glasses made for me in my last two vacations ... and what can I say ... they're great !! Despite my very poor eyesight, I have great glasses with extra thin lenses and excellent vision! The advice, the patience, the friendliness and the customer service are great! After a week at home, when a heavy folder fell on my glasses, a glass broke. And ? What can I say ?? The glass was replaced with no ifs or buts! One thing is for sure, I have found my optician !! GREAT!!

Er ist stets geduldig , freundlich und berät sehr gut. Die Anfertigungen gehen superschnell. Sollte man doch einmal nicht zufrieden sein, was wahrscheinlich kaum vorkommt, findet er stets eine kundenfreundliche Lösung. Für uns gibt es keinen besseren Optiker. Es gibt immer eine nette Beratung und Brillen zum fairen Preis,die qualitativ hochwertig sind. Wir haben nun schon zum 2. Mal bei Mehmet Brillen gekauft und es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal?. Durch Unachtsamkeit ist leider ein Schaden entstanden ,der problemlos beseitigt wurde. Sehr gute Beratung, freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Ich habe mir auch eine Brille anfertigen lassen. Zügige, unkomplizierte und preiswerte Untersuchung beim Augenarzt. Durch zeitliche Probleme bei der Anfertigung wurden die Brille gut verpackt ins Hotel geliefert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hatte mir in Deutschland vom Optiker eine sehr gute Gleitsichtbrille schon fertigen lassen. Mehmet hat trotzdem noch Mal vom Arzt die Augen untersuchen lassen. Die Beratung war sehr gut. Nach 3 Tagen erhielt ich meine Brillen. Es war gigantisch. Die kleinste Schrift vom Probeblatt war riesengroß. Die Sichtbreite - fantastisch. Ich war total begeistert. Mit diesem Erfolg hatte ich nicht im geringsten gerechnet. Vielen Dank Mehmet, auch an dein Team. PS: Der Rundumservice hat auch wunderbar geklappt. I had two progressive lenses made by Yuba Optik. I came to Mehmet on recommendation. However, I was very skeptical. I had had very good varifocals made by an optician in Germany. Nevertheless, Mehmet had his eyes examined by the doctor again. The advice was very good. After 3 days I received my glasses. It was gigantic. The smallest font on the sample sheet was huge. The visibility - fantastic. I absolutely loved it. I didn't expect this success in the least. Many thanks Mehmet, also to your team. PS: The all-round service also worked wonderfully.

Der Chef Mehmet und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Im Geschäft waren sehr schöne und auch ausgefallene Gestelle zu guten Preisen. Ich habe mir am nächsten Tag eine Fernbrille anfertigen lassen, die nach 3 Tagen fertig war. Es hat alles toll geklappt und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.
