★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir eğitim kurumu olmasının ötesinde şehrin tarihi dokusundan arta kalan birkaç yapıdan biridir. Kaynaklara göre 1895 yılında "Nehari İdadî" (Yüksek okullara hazırlayıcı kurum) olarak yapılmış. Yine kaynaklarda belirtildiği üzere kitabesi kazindığından, -yapan ve yaptıran-bilinmemektedir.
 Beyond being an educational institution, it is one of the few buildings that remain from the historical fabric of the city. According to sources in 1895 "Nehari İdadî" (Higher schools as the preparatory institution) was made. As it is stated in the sources, it is not known that the inscription was engraved, which makes it and who made it.

In the high school garden, one of the symbols of Yozgat, huge pines, almost the same age as the high school, have been sacrificed for landscaping. Wherever the high school garden was carrying a small piece of glass, it had a unique beauty. The historical building is well preserved. It would be nice if the same attention was paid to the trees.
