1950 Kırıkkale Keskin doğumluyum. İlk ve orta öğrenimimi Keskin’ de tamamladıktan sonra Lise öğrenimimi İstanbul Kabataş Erkek Lisesinde bitirdikten sonra 01/01/1970 tarihinde SSK Genel Müdürlüğünde Memuriyet hizmetime başladım. 20 yıl Memuriyet ve Müdürlük görevlerinde bulundum.
