★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdan alışveriş yaparken 2 kere düşünün. Sorunumu dile getirdigimde ilgilenmediler gönderdiler beni. Siemens genel müdürlük tarafından mail gelince hemen davet edip muadil verdiler. Bunların eline düşmeyin.
İŞLETME CEVABINA ISTINADEN EK :
aldığım ürün kargo sırasında hasarlı çıkınca eve almadan gönderdim. Bana stokta kalmadiklarini ötv ve kur artışından dolayı muadil veremeyeceklerini, muadil verirlerse şirketin zarar edeceklerini belirtip iban vermemi istediler para iadesi için. Ne zaman şikayeti siemens genel müdürlüğüne ilettim, o zaman rahatladım. Benim haklarımı siemens korudu. Bu firma değil Herkes bilsin :)
 Think twice while shopping here. When I expressed my problem, they were not interested, they sent me. When an e-mail was received by Siemens headquarters, they immediately invited and gave equivalent. Do not fall into their hands.
ADDITION TO BUSINESS RESPONSE:
When the product I bought was damaged during shipping, I sent it without taking it home. They told me that they were out of stock and that they would not be able to give equivalent due to the increase in exchange rates, and that they would make a loss if they gave the company, and asked me to give money back. When I filed the complaint to the head office of siemens, then I was relieved. Siemens protected my rights. This is not a company. Everyone should know :)

Güvenilir bir firma degil. Beyaz eşyaları burdan alalım bari dedim onu sordum. Satın alındığındna itibaren burda kaldığı sürece her ay 15 TL verirsin falan demeye başladı diğer hiçbir yerde böyle bir şey görmedim. TV de benim yemediğimi görünce beyaz eşyada işi yokuşa sürdü. ? Güvenmeyin uğramayın. İçeride zaten bütün çalışanlar şikayetçi müşterilerden gelen telefonlara cevap vermeye çalışıyorlardı.
