They came to the assembly of the product very late in the evening. They arrived on the 21st of the month, 3 days after the sales contract. The product they brought was defective. There was a hole in the top of the product, and the assembly of the part was incorrectly done and was crooked. We immediately sent a message over WhatsApp and conveyed the problem. They did not return for a solution, and when we called again a few days later, they said that the legal period was 21 days, that they would contact and solve the problem within this period. 21 days, or even 21 business days, have already passed and nothing has progressed. They say we will meet with the factory, but they do not return. They passed the factory number but the person I am calling never answers the phone. He said that there would be repair last week, but 1 week has passed and neither caller nor asking. Arrangement: 1-2 weeks ago all parts of the mattress were changed. There are those tiny holes in the stitch points, but it's not that important. Since it was done too late, I will increase it to 3 stars as much as I can.

As I explained in my other account, it is a complete fiasco company. After shopping in the store, you become madara in shipment and assembly. They did not complete their deficiencies for months. The quality of the products is disastrous, the chipboards are bursting, the seams are mohair. Go to ikea and at least you will find a contact person.

From the store to the friendly staff, I think it's one of the biggest stores in the raucous village with almost the most variety. I bought all my furniture from here. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. If you look at the comments and complaints, you'll see it already. We bought living room + dining + bedroom set as a dowry. Half of it did not come in the first delivery, we took out a half-page list of damaged products in the second delivery, the part that needed to be changed did not come completely in the third delivery, some of the damaged products were completed in the fourth delivery. We are still waiting for some parts to change, but in vain, we are not even looking for an attack anymore. The assembled bed leg is broken, the chipboards are beyond crap. They employ subcontractors in transportation and assembly, products are mixed with each other in warehouses. Don't be surprised if you get someone else's product. Best of luck to those who can reach Mr. İsmail, the sales representative, after the sale. Definitely do not shop, especially stay away from large furniture such as dowry.

Even if the middle legs of the seat were broken before we had a year, they said that the seats are not solid at all [no one should buy them], if something happens, we will prevent a new one, but it's a lie.

About 1 year ago, we bought all my daughter's furniture from this company. Despite our constant phone calls, they brought the products 3 months later, 1 week before the wedding. The iron of the bed base was broken. The drawer of the TV unit was broken. They said they will fix it all in a week. They left. It has been 13 months, but they are still keeping us busy. Also, the chairs of the kitchen table broke in 3 months. They don't come up with any solution. If you don't want to be disgraced with your money, stay away from this company.
