 I called 20 times, they picked up the phone once, they hung up on my face without answering the question I asked. It would not be that irresponsible.

They called for work, they would call them 15 minutes later they said the phone did not open, I went there was a mistake this time I'm sorry, are you kidding, nobody is doing their job, including the officers! I will complain.

I have been in Ankara for 4 years and I have never been able to reach the district whenever I call. I think there is no other place where it is so difficult to reach an institution. Why did they put a phone number if we could not solve our leak or get information about a subject when we called.

When I went to get a job certificate and apply for a green passport today, I saw incredibly caring, helpful and devoted employees in every unit I went to. It was the kind of thing we weren't used to seeing in government institutions. I was surprised and very pleased. I am grateful. Congratulations to everyone from the manager to the servant.
