★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 ay önce aldığımız çerçeve kırıldı. Garantisi var ama kabul etmediler. Neymiş kullanıcı hatası artik kabul edilmiyormus. Daha önce defalarca kırıldı çerçevemiz, her seferinde garanti den yaptırdı başka gözlükçüler. Bugün mecbur yeniden gözlük aldım gozlukcuye durumu anlattım. Olurmu biz hala yaptırıyoruz. Gözlüğün kullanıcı hatasimi olurmuş. Kendi Kendine kirilmayacagina göre illaki biri kıracak elektronik aletmi bu durduk yere bozulsun dedi.
The frame we bought 6 months ago was broken. There is a guarantee but they did not accept it. What a user error is not accepted anymore. Our frame was broken many times before, every time other opticians had it done with a guarantee. Today I have to buy glasses again, I explained the situation to the gozluk. Sanırım izin almadigimiz için ya da satın almayacagimizi düşündüğü için hanımefendi çok sert bir tavırla ilgilendi bizimle. Keşke durumdan rahatsız olduğunu soyleseydi özür dilerdik düşünemedik.begendigimiz üç gözlükten birini alacaktık tekrar fotoğraf çekmesini istedim eşimden 'çünkü görmüyor gözüm yakışıyor mu yakışmıyor mu anlamiyorum'. hanımefendi buna müsaade edemeyeceğini söyledi yine aynı sert ve kaba bir tavırla. Gözlüğü yanlış kullandığımı şu anki gozlugumun iyi olduğunu vs söyledi gerek var mıydı? Biz oraya gözlük almaya geldik sonuçta. İsteksizce çıkardı bütün gözlükleri begenmedigim de kızar şekilde davrandı. Ama esnaf olan sizsiniz biz de musteriyiz. Bir saat sonra başka bir yerden gözlük aldık. Siz müşteri kaybettiniz. Daha dikkatli,sabırlı ve kibar olmanızı tavsiye ederim.
