2- Telefon açıp ürünü soruyorsunuz sürekli yataş merkezi suçluyorlar.
3- para almak kolay! işinizi takip edip 1 hafta sonra beni arayıp neden bilgilendirmediniz?(suçlu hazır merkez)
4-benim önümde başka bir müşteriyle kavga ettiniz. konuyu bilmesem de şimdi hak verdim kendisine.
5-telefonda yüzünüze mi kapatmam lazım, para iadesi zordur, 1 müşteriye 2 elaman dönüşümlü konuşmak sizin ne kadar haklı olmadığınızı gösterir.
6- böyle bir mağazada çalışıyorsanız tüketici haklarını okumanızı tavsiye ederim.
7- durumu ve yorumu değiştirmem için sakın aramayın. muhattabım yataşın kendisidir.
