Horoz Lojistik türlü bahanelerle 08.07.20 tarihine ereteledi. 09.07.20 tarihinde Yataş müşteri hizmetleri de yeni bahanesi depo stok sayımı ile 21.07.20 tarihi diyor oda muamma. Lanet olsun sizin gibi firmaya. Bir yatağı taşıttıramıyorsunuz!. Satmadan önce saysaymışsınız. Ben kullanmadığım yatağın parasını ödedim...

Bu gün yine bir yatak almam lazımken en güvenilir markamız yaraşa gittim aynı mağaza belki bir düzelme vardır diye . Tamamen içeri girer girmez off senmi baksan benmi tavrı. Ne baktınız öyle bir yatak olmaz tavırları offf çok yazık . Ben yatağımı hemen ilerdeki İstikbal’den aldım ama siz ürün satamadınız. Mağazaya bir müşteri gibi gidip empati yapım ltf. Sürekli gün vermeler geçiştirmeler ile 13 günümü yediler, ha geldi gelecek diye evden de ayrılmadım bir sürü işim aksadı. Tam bir rezalet. Az önce telefon geldi evdeyseniz getireceğiz diye. Bir yatağı iki günde getiremiyorsanız bence o dükkanı kapatın pazarda limon falan satın. Bence onu da beceremezsiniz ya olsun denersiniz.

8 Temmuz 2020 tarihinde Yataş Modoko (İstanbul) şubesinden 1 adet yaylı yatak ve 2 adet yastık satin aldım.
Firma temsilcisi tarafından siparişlerimin teslimat tarihi 20 Temmuz olarak belirtildi. Firma maalesef siparişimi zamanında teslim edemedi ve 16 gün gecikme ile 6 Ağustos 2020 de teslim etti.
Delay in delivery:
I bought 1 spring mattress and 2 pillows from Yataş Modoko (Istanbul) branch on 8 July 2020.
The delivery date of my orders was stated by the company representative as July 20. Unfortunately, the company could not deliver my order on time and delivered it on August 6, 2020 with a delay of 16 days.
