There are 2 people waiting in front of me, my waiting time is 40 min. I say absolutely don't stop by. Teller employees are standing asleep.

Do not buy a pos device, these fraudsters have taken it from my account for 1 year and over 200 TL even though I returned the pos device.

There is a very long waiting time, also it was the turn for those who came before me. I still waited. As far as I can see from 3 counters, except for the 1st counter (although it was there), the other counters were only working, if the authorities are reading these comments, please work a little more customer-oriented.

The worst branch I've ever seen in my life trying to serve with only one staff 5 people are in line 2 people didn't advance in 1 hour we are waiting in the cold 2. The staff is at lunch at 14.30 The branch that does not value such irresponsible customers
