İki ay oldu.hala bir k.kartım veya bankamatigim yok.Ayrıca emekli maaş hesabımıda taşıdım.Halkbanka 3.gün önce gelmiş.Hesapta açılmış ama hesapta maaşım gözükmüyor.Araştırmak için iki gündür şube telefonuna ılaşamıyorum.Bir esnaf olarak halkbanka gelmekle hatamı yaptım???
 I became a new customer of Kurtköy Halkbank Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gördüğüm en yavaş çalışan, en ilgisiz banka şubesi. 1 kişi sadece bireysel ile ilgileniyor olup kapıda kuyruk uzayıp gidiyor. Telefonları açma sorununu herkes yaşıyor anladığım kadarıyla. Yorumlara 2 yıldız verenler nasıl vermiş anlamıyorum 1 yıldız bile etmez burası.
The slowest employee I have ever seen, the most unrelated bank branch. 1 person is only interested in the individual and the tail goes on at the door. As far as I understand everyone is having the problem of turning on the phones. 2 star reviews that do not understand how that does not even give this place 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beş para etmez bir şube. Sıfır ilgi alaka. Kısa bir cevap için bile günlerce bekletiyorlar. Yazık vallahi şube müdürleri hiç mi elemanlarının performansını incelemiyor. Ya da umurunda mı? Yazık dışarıda bir sürü daha vasıflı meslektaşları işsizken bunlar maaş alıyor..
Gitmeyin efendim psikolojinize yazık edersiniz, gidin en ücra köşedeki şubelere, şehir değiştirin ama bu kendini şube sayan yere gitmeyin.
A trashy branch. Zero interest relevance. They wait for days even for a short answer. Shame on the branch managers do not examine the performance of the staff. Or do you care? It is a pity, while many more skilled colleagues are out of work, they receive salaries.
Do not go, sir, you will be sorry for your psychology, go to the most remote branches, change the city, but do not go to this place that counts itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne diyeyim, bir sözleşmeyi bile imzadan acizler, saatlerce beklemesi de cabası. Kapatsalar daha faydalı olur, yerine büfe filan açılır, insanların karnı doyar bari.
What can I say, they are incapable of even signing a contract, not to mention they have to wait for hours. It would be more beneficial if they closed it. Instead, a buffet or something would be opened, people would be fed at least.

Is this branch closed? No phone call for two days! If it's not closed, someone should poke those employees for the sake of Allah, at least they should say "hello" to the phone ... it's urgent.
