You go (involuntarily) to open an account, but they try to give you a credit card that you did not request, they log in above your monthly income statement to keep the credit card's limit high. When you request to reduce the credit card limit, you are stuck at the lower limit, and when you request it to be canceled, they say that it can be handled at customer service over the phone (not convincing!). I give the only star I gave to the customer service employee, no matter what problems I had at the branch, I handled the customer service in the opposite way without any problems. It is a bank that I have had to use 2 times due to salary account, that I do not like at all, and that has no advantages compared to other banks. Although the number of customers is small, it is obvious that the operation is also slow. If you have plenty of money and time, have fun.
