I have never seen such a lousy service in Turkey. This is how the dealer. This is how we serve. The staff here is a person who shows the door to his client. I think that's enough. Vodafona never befitting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son derece kötü hizmet veriyorlar. Kaba konuşan bir adam ve yanında duran ilgisiz bir kadın hiç bir şekilde dediklerimi anlamayıp kaba şekilde konuşup yardımcı olmuyorlar. Berbat çalışanlar, bir yıldızı bile hak etmiyorlar.
They provide extremely bad service. A rude-speaking man and an indifferent woman standing next to them do not understand what I say in any way, they do not speak roughly and help. Terrible employees do not deserve even a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezil bir firma, rezil bir bayi!!! Kendilerinden numara taşıma yapmak isterseniz kul köle olurlar ama hattınızı başka yerden taşımışsanız ve işiniz düşerse sistemsel sorun var başka şube yapar o işlemi derler. Vodafone'nun kendisi rezil bunlardan ne beklersin!!!!
An infamous company, an infamous dealer !!! If you want to move their number, they become slave but if you have moved your line somewhere else and your job falls, there is a system problem. Vodafone itself is infamous what do you expect from them !!!!

There was only one employee, and when I went, he was someone who had no intention of doing business. He said that another branch could not do the job it did in 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sim kartım büyüktü.Micro sim kart almak istediğimde faturasız micro sim yok dediler, faturalı varmış. Faturalıdan bir ay sonra faturasıza dönebilirmişiz. Lütfen Vodafone bunlarla ilgilensin.Çok kötü bir yer.
My sim card was big. When I wanted to buy a micro sim card, they said there was no prepaid micro sim, they had a postpaid one. One month after postpaid, we could go back to prepaid. Please Vodafone take care of them. It's a very bad place.
