Ancak faturasız sim kartlarının kalmadığını söyleyerek taşıma işlemimi yapmadılar. Bunun üzerine aynı cadde üzerinde 50m geride bulunan diğer Turkcell bayisine gittim. Bu bayide de ellerinde faturasız hat için sim kart olmadığını söyleyerek işlemimi gerçekleştirmediler. Bana hiç inandırıcı gelmedi. Zira faturalı hatta geçiş yapmam için bir zorlama olduğunu düşünüyorum. Konunun araştırılması için Turkcell genel müdürlüğüne şikayetimi paylaştım.
On 26.09.2019, I went to Turkcell dealer to carry my prepaid line after the earthquake in Istanbul. However, they did not carry out the transaction by saying that there were no prepaid sim cards left. Then I went to the other Turkcell dealer which is 50m behind on the same street. They did not carry out my transaction by saying that they do not have a sim card for the prepaid line at this dealer. It never seemed convincing to me. Because I think it's a compulsion to switch to a postpaid line. I shared my complaint with Turkcell headquarters to investigate the issue.
