★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 aydan fazla süre önce Vodem internet cihazımın iptali için bu şubeye geldim bana gerekli işlemlerin yapıldığını ve hattın iptal edildiğini ancak önümüzdeki birkaç ay boyunca yılbaşına kadar vergi olan 2 TL'lik bir fatura çıkacağını söylediler. Tamam dedim ve bitmesi gerekirken 2 aydır bu vergi hala bana geliyor. Kontrol ettiğimde hattımın iptal edilmemiş olduğunu öğrendim. Tekrar iptal için oraya gitmem gerektiği söylendi, bir hattı iptal etmek neden bu kadar zor olabiliyor! Yaptığınız yanlış işlem yüzünden insanların hem vaktini hem parasını heba ediyorsunuz. Telefon açarak da ulaşamıyoruz. Hattın iptali için işin yoksa şimdi en baştan git aynı prosedürleri uygula. Hem de ne için, işlemi yapan daha doğrusu yapamayan personeliniz yüzünden!

We can not reach by opening the phone. If you do not have a job to cancel the line, now go through the same procedures. And for what, because of your staff, who couldn't do the operation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cümleten Selamun aleykum merhabalar vodafone internet fiber 50 gb bağlantı yaptırdığım tarih 12.2020 sino gündür bugündür hiç bir şekilde doğru dürüst kulanamadım ilk aldığım günden beri moderm wifi bağlantısının yan odada bile çekmediğini 10 larca kez ayrı ayrı açılan teknik servis talepleri ile dolu tam kapatın dediğimde bir yetkili ücretsiz router yollayacağını ve sağlıklı kullanacağımı söyledi bir hafta inde işlemin olacağı söylendi üzerinden 2 hafta geçti aradım tekrar router yok stok bekleniyor gelir gelmez yollayacaklarını belirttiler tamam dedim yaklaşık bir ay sonra aradılar ve router yollayamayacaklarını söylediler ve tekrar iptalini istedim dudak uçuklatacak cayma bedeli çıkardılar ben caymıyorum siz hizmet veremiyorsunuz vodafone çok kötü bir firma alacak olan arkadaşlar belki şikayetimi kendilerince farklı yerlere çekecektir ama dost doğru yaşadığım ve yaşattıkları sıkıntı budur alırsanız madur olacaksınız kullanamadığınız bir hizmete 24 ay boyunca ücret ödeyeceksiniz size önerim hizmetinin arkasında ve müşteri memnuniyeti olan firmaları seçmeniz şu hizmetim biter bitmez bir daha asla vodafone ile bir işim olmaz kimseyede tafsiyem yoktur .
