Your managers are cheating customers. I am a foreigner and I bought 220 TL number. Later, I was told that the number was 180 TL, even though it was in another Türk Telekom store. It was August 11th. You can't cheat tourists like this.

Başvuru yaptım. 42₺ nakil ücreti istediler.kabul ettik.3. kattaki telefonu giriş santralinden söktüler ikinci kata bağlamadan naklini yaptık diye mesaj attılar.Telefona baktım bağlanmamış.Tekrar aradım.Naklini yaptık diyorlar.Merak ettim girişteki santrale bakınca benim telefon kabloları açıkta üstünde adım soyadım yazılı bir kağıt takılı duruyor. Tekrar aradım.telefon bağlanmadı diye.bağlantıyı biz yaptıracakmışız.şimdiki uygulama böyle imiş.

I have never seen such a mess. The transfer for the phone transfer will be taken to the 2nd floor in the same inn.
I applied. They asked for a transfer fee of 42₺, we accepted.3. They removed the phone on the floor from the entrance switchboard and sent a message saying that they transferred it without connecting it to the second floor. I looked at the phone and it was not connected. I called again. They said they did the transfer. I called again. Just because the phone was not connected. We were going to make the connection. This is the current practice.
