★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. People are above each other on COVID time and there is NO AC in the waiting area. Registeration desk is very slow and they have very bad attitude.
And this is in emergency service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from Germany and we had to make a coronatest for the return flight. We explained our situation that we‘ll fly at sunday morning and that we need the test early to not miss the flight. What happened? We get a meeting a day before and made the test and they assured us that we get our test on time. We go to take our test, they say us the machine is broken they don’t have the results. Now we miss our flight. My question is, have they only one machine for that? What’s kind of hospital is this?

They promised me to send the invoice by Mail. But they didn’t . I would never write a review for 1 visit because it’s based on 1 experience. But this week i came to this place 5 times. Doctors I had where good and professional.

We are foreigners and during the tourism period, we went to do a corona test for travel and there was no one who spoke English and the employee talked as if she would hit me , and also we were exposed to a racist situation me and my family with a racist girl and the employee does nothing just silence ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In December we went to Medical Park with our daughter to see a neurosurgeon. We were offered to stay for a day for the examination. They did all the tests and required X-rays very quickly, all the staff was very polite and caring. The conditions in the wards were at the highest level. We were very satisfied with the service and the treatments we received. We were very thankful to our doctor and our interpreter Julia for her help and care.
