Previously, we would call customers on the phone and request an appointment. Most people wouldn't make an appointment. And when we made an appointment, most of them would be wasted before they turned into sales. Now, customers find us on the internet. It's easier for us to sell because customers find us. We sell in almost 1 out of every 3 calls
