★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 ay önce internetten üzerinden aldığım vinola ankastre setin kurulumunu hala yaptıramadım( Afyon servisini defalarca aramama ve tarih vermelerine rağmen) Fabrikası da Amasya’daymış onu öğrendim, aradım belki yardımcı olurlar diye bir umut.. Adamların servislerinden haberleri bile yok. Bana bir numara verildi bu servisi arayın onlar yardımcı olur diye aradığım kişi ben vinola servisini bırakalı çok oldu diyor. Ya bir firma illerdeki servislerini bilmez mi Allah aşkına? Tekrar Amasya’yı aradım biz size geri dönüş yapacağız gün içinde mutlaka dediler üzerinden 15 gün geçti ne arayan var ne soran..Bu kadar sorumsuzluk olamaz. Ürünüm hala kutusunun içinde öylece bekliyor. Asla önermiyorum bu markayı, memnuniyetim sıfır!
I still could not have the installation of the vinola built-in set that I bought over the internet 7 months ago (although I called the Afyon service many times and gave the date). I learned that the factory was in Amasya, I called, it is a hope that they will help. The men do not even know about their services. I was given a number, call this service, and the person I called says it has been a long time since I quit the vinola service because they will help. What if a company does not know its services in the provinces, for God's sake? I called Amasya again, they said we will return to you during the day, they surely said that 15 days have passed over and what the caller is asking what. This cannot be irresponsible. My product is still waiting in its box. I never recommend this brand, my satisfaction is zero!
