★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıldırım düşmesi sonucu TV bozulmuştu. Götürdüm, baktılar. Önce hemen teslim edebileceklerini söylediler, sonra parça gerektiği için iletişim bilgilerimi aldılar. İki gün sonra tamir olmuş, gidip aldım. (500 TL tutmuş, biraz fazla geldi ama yapacak bir şey yoktu.) TV ile ilgili birimdeki genç yeterince yardımcı oldu. Aradı, bilgi verdi, taşıdı vb. ?Tavsiye ve eleştiri olarak, kurumun telefonlarına ulaşılmıyordu. Ve müşterinin oturup bekleyebileceği bir küçük alan düşünülmeli. Müşteri ilişkilerindekiler biraz daha güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olan türden olmalı. Maliye müfettişi gibi değil...
The TV was broken as a result of a lightning strike. I took it, they looked. First they said they could deliver right away, then they took my contact information because the part was needed. Two days later it was repaired, I went and bought it. (It cost 500 TL, it was a bit too much, but there was nothing to do.) The young person in the TV unit was helpful enough. He called, gave information, carried, etc. ?As advice and criticism, the phones of the institution could not be reached. And a small area where the customer can sit and wait should be considered. Customer relations should be a little more friendly and helpful. Not like a finance inspector.

I bought a refrigerator for 3000 liras and called the service for the installation. Since the price of the authorized service refrigerator is cheap, they asked for a fee of 100 to 150 TL. I don't mind if I buy a product from Vestel again.

The TV was installed. They were very polite and interested. They answered all my questions and gave information. The wall bracket was paid, but they did not install it because it was not suitable for you.
