Vamos Bodrum

Normally I would place 4 or 5 stars for Vamos, because they have been presenting good taste with high service quality. But last two times have being disappointment for me. First story was a few weeks ago, even though there were empty tables on the front garden, they gave the table from the back garden and it was the backmost table. I really did not understand why they prefered like this. If restaurant has got the option they should ask to customer, before suggesting a place for their customer. In my oppinion, If restaurant has got the options and free places, they should ask to customer where they prefere for sitting, before suggesting a place to their customer. If there is no options/ni free place, restaurant can give a small information to their customer about availabilty of the tables. And second story was a few days ago. I've ordered pancake and granola for me and my daughter, but they served with honey instead of maple syrup even though they stated that they were servicing wirh maple syrup in their menu. was served with honey is not critical point for me. The main point and the disturbing part of the story noone told us anything to us about this issue until we noticed and asked them. Vamos can be Vamos but if they would like protect their quality level they should be avoid these kind of basic small issues.

Really good breakfast! Good and reasonably fast service. Would have been perfect if the prices were a little lower.

All fancy dishes, some very tasty (vamos guvec) some ordinary (cuban toast) Service needs an upgrade, becomes a hassle to get things. Very nice ambiance. When around, always a good option

sweet place for couples, easy to find parking area, but thats all. service and orders was late, no one help you when you need it.

Great spot for lunch (haven’t tried dinner yet). Fresh, delicious bistro fair which is mostly Turkish, Italian food along with great wines....the atmosphere is unique thanks to modern extension on an old stone home. Great food, service and ambiance...highly recommended. Revisited after few years, again for lunch, didn't disappoint, was really nice experience, great food and wine. Wish there were more places like this in Bodrum, will go again, hope they do a special Christmas dinner for the 24th or 25th Dec. Only point I would suggest is that the steaks could be a bit bigger for the price.
