Great hotel with friendly and professional personnel. Territory is cosy and green, lots of pools. Very big thanks to guys who made our vacation special: waiters Mine, Sibel, Delil and their manager Coşkun - thanks for flexibility with the tables and a lot of attention. Thanks to all entertainment team, especially to Yunus, who made our days unforgettable with his positive attitude and humor. Thanks to guides Refik and Ruslan for helping us with trips organisation, we really appreciate you! This is the kind of people who creates great memories and we are thankful for it. Hope to see you again someday!

Just spent the week with family and friends there. The hotel grounds are nice , lots of pools and bars which makes it easy to get what you need where you needed. The front desk and bellman are nice and friendly. Our friends had an issue that was resolved same day. The staff was very attentive especially the managers and servers at the main restaurant. Activities also very nice. The show on Friday "The greatest showman" was amazing. At the beach, which wasn't very big there was a watersport center with great prices and staff Aslan was very attentive and gave us a great price for para sailing. Overall great for family and a reflex vacation. The only down thing was the room. Not at all spacious, and the cleanliness wasn't at all great. To exchange a towel I had to ask every time in person. The bathroom also needs repairs. The shower was leaking and there was a huge gap in the floor in between the door and hallway, definitely a hazard if traveling with kids. All in all great experience.

Spa centre is awesome! I've got the best hammam procedure I ever had there and full body massages. So much personal attention and professional attitude just bought me. If you go there, ask for Ruzgar, he is a real treasure. There are lots of green spaces and places to get shadow in the surroundings of the hotel. I really enjoyed lounge music and stylish live performances in the evening. Standard rooms can be too small if you travel with a child. We did not ask for an extra baby bed, because we could not imagine how it would comfortably fit there. Our garden view room (which was the only one option we could choose while booking) had a view to the public park and its parking, but not to the hotel's garden, as they write on their website. This was the trigger, so I cannot give 100 % satisfaction of the stay.

The hotel isn't very hygienic, rooms have a bad smell and the carpets were absolutely filthy. Staff comes into your room without your permission, even with "do not disturb" sign. Staff hardly speaks english and don't react if you complain. The bathroom was never cleaned and the shower was leaking. The AC worked very poorly. We had to change our room three times, because the staff didn't understand what we needed. Nothing is ever disinfected or cleaned. The restaurant staff doesn't pay any attention and you have to wait for a free table. Not complaining about the food, it was great. Everyday the music and the activities were the same. NO PRIVACY there are cameras everywhere, even by the pool, the staff is ALWAYS getting in your way and trying to talk to you. Also keep an eye on your underage daughters, the staff gave my daughters 'a gift' - a bottle of wine and some fruits??? There's no wifi in the rooms and works poorly everywhere else. No toilets or showers by the pools. There were chickens running everywhere and the stuff they left was not cleaned. Probably that's why it stinks everywhere. BUT the food was really great, some staff was actually really nice, the drinks and coffee were good, nice music in the relax pool and the territory was quite nice

The hotel is wonderful, I spent my vacation from 14.06 - 21.06. The staff is good-natured and decent, especially special thanks to the suitcase attendant Enes. He was very smiling and friendly. My family and I loved it. He does her job best, and he loves it. Thank you very much, Mr. Enes. We got a good room, room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The food is good and varied. The territory is beautiful, large, a lot of greenery. The animation is good, lots of fun. In general, the hotel is good, I advise

The employees are all very friendly, pleasant, with a sense of humor. Our room was always clean and we had lots of fun. I especially liked the guys responsible for the activities and the woman Asiye is very cute.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the city which gives it great access to get the local goods to bring home. There is also a great access to the beach and a shower to clean yourself from salty water :) . The rooms are spacious. When it comes to food, there are plenty options for everyone - lots of salads, fruits, amazing cheeses. Even the season is nearly over, the staff makes sure the guests feel welcomed. Thank you for Ebru who encourages everyone to move and dance, Nazif and Yunus who ensured that the time is spent well!

The most important meals for me on vacation are the food is great. Exceptional at cleaning. your hotel is super in appearance and location Next year we will have a super long plan, we will come again next year. And also... The animation is crazy. Volleyball, arrow success and darts are crazy and competitive. Live music is great.
