Good looking hotel from the inside, but the pool is a bit small

Went to hamam. Good experience. Got profesional manual therapy by Kaahn. My neck, back and shoulders are like new now.

The apartments are very nice,with space and conditions, clean and well equipped. The main problem is being an aparthotel, there should be internet everywhere,and there's only internet on the lobby, pool area and maybe till the 2nd floor. Having to pay separately for the air conditioning was also a first for me,and not very pleasant but in general, it's a nice place to stay.

Beautiful clean apartments. Bright, light and airy decor. It has a modern feel to it. Kitchen has everything u need to self-cater. Induction hobs were nice and fast to heat up unlike other apart hotels that use two-ring electric cookers. Wi-fi worked really well for us. Pools were nice comfy temperature unlike other places we stayed at that were freezing cold. Pool is 120cm on one side and 140cm on the other side and has 2 slides. Small toddler pool was awesome for my little one. Play room to keep little ones busy when they're bored. Staff are polite, professional and friendly. They don't hassle you to buy stuff like other hotels do. Only negative was when one idiot guest vomited over his balcony one night, we had splatters of puke on our towels that were put out to dry. It took a whole day before we could get replacements so waiting around to shower was annoying. Apart from this we really enjoyed our comfortable stay and would 100% recommend it to others. We've just returned from this beautiful hotel with their fantastic staff. Our family consists of 4 children 8, 11, 13 and 16 and 2 adults and we all enjoyed their time here. The apartments are updated and clean, it is a 10 minute walk from the beach. The castle is within 20 minute walk. The food was amazing, the buffet, however, lacked the same quality as individual meals. The lovely waiters helped my husband arrange a surprise birthday cake for me.

The rooms are large. Friendly staff. Rare cleaning, garbage is collected - on vacation it is very annoying. Bed linen and towels are not changed for more than 4 days. In my opinion, they have never been changed in 10 days. No soap in the rooms ? Additional charge for air conditioning 10 euros per day ? Swimming pool - with the letter L - very convenient, everyone will find a place for themselves. But the pool is closed at 19.00 - very early. The food in the cafe is not tasty - not at all. Convenient location of the hotel.

This aparthotel fit the bill of having a place like home. The 2 rooms and bathroom were comfortable and very updated. The balcony had lovely views of city and ocean. The staff spoke excellent English and the cleaning staff were meticulous in cleaning our unit.
