But we were shocked by the treatment we encountered. A dialogue like this has passed: Florist: - You couldn't make a decision for half an hour .. -Why is the location of the car so the problem? -No car, but if we linger so much with a customer, ohoo -There are no customers here, I couldn't understand you? We are preparing for tomorrow (mother's day) -What are you interested in your preparation for us? -I'm keeping an element on your head We looked at each other in astonishment with my friend and said, "Let's go then." Whatever answer you would like: "I think"! You should be ashamed of yourself because you talk to the customer in this way. You run a place with the logic of profit / loss and ignore customer satisfaction, you will lose more.
