Sonrasında Olimpos turuna katıldık hem bölge hakkındaki bilgisi hem de misafirperverliğine hayran kaldık ☺️ Antalya’ya tekrar gittiğimde tercih edeceğim tek firma Unser Tour☺️
The tour guide Gülcan Hanım hosted me and my family very well. After the airport pickup, he left us to the hotel where we stayed. Then we attended the Olympos tour, we were both fascinated by the knowledge and hospitality of the region ☺️ When I go to Antalya again, the only company I prefer is Unser Tour☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht bei Touren Richtung Pamukkale!!!
Die Touristen werden in einem Shoppingcenter oder Outlet an irgendeiner Raststätte angehalten und es wird versucht denen was anzudrehen. Steht nicht auf dem Flyer.
Uns wurde gesagt von Side nach Pamukkale dauert es ca 3 Stunden und wir wären spätestens um 19:30 Uhr zurück.
Die Hinfahrt hat alleine 6!!!! Stunden gedauert. Der Bus war kalt. Wir haben gefroren. Es wurden unnötige Pausen an irgendwelchen Raststätten gemacht. Das Essen an den Raststätten soll auch nicht geschmeckt haben. Das kann ich leider nicht beurteilen da ich dort nichts gegessen habe.
Allgemein wurde alles künstlich in die Länge gezogen.
Wir wurden zurück gefahren und waren um 21:30 Uhr erst im Hotel. Zudem wurden wir an der Straße raus gelassen und durften noch zu Fuß zum Hotel, weil der Bus da angeblich Probleme hätte was morgens aber kein Problem war.
Zudem sollte die Reise 35€ kosten. Bezahlt haben wir 36€. Bei der Anzahlung 20€ und danach 16 € warum auch immer. Die Reiseleiterin wollte uns unser Restgeld zurück geben. Dies hat sie auch nicht gemacht sondern einfach behalten.
Alles in allem waren wir für 2 Stunden Besichtigung 15 Stunden unterwegs. Das ist nicht nur unmenschlich für die Gäste sondern auch für den Busfahrer.
Bitte seid vorsichtig.
Be careful with tours towards Pamukkale!!!
The tourists are stopped at some rest stop in a shopping center or outlet and they try to sell them something. It's not on the flyer.
We were told it takes about 3 hours from Side to Pamukkale and we would be back no later than 7:30 p.m.
The outward journey alone has 6!!!! lasted hours. The bus was cold. We have frozen. Unnecessary breaks were made at any rest stops. The food at the rest stops is said not to have tasted good either. Unfortunately, I can't judge that because I didn't eat anything there.
In general, everything was artificially lengthened.
We were driven back and were only at the hotel at 9:30 p.m. In addition, we were let out on the street and were allowed to walk to the hotel because the bus was said to have problems, which wasn't a problem in the morning.
In addition, the trip should cost 35 €. We paid €36. With the deposit 20 € and then 16 € for whatever reason. The tour guide wanted to give us our remaining money back. She didn't do that either, she just kept it.
All in all we were on the road for 15 hours for 2 hours of sightseeing. This is not only inhumane for the guests but also for the bus driver.

I'm keeping my promise, even though it has been so long but I want to express my opinion on his services. My friends and I ordered a car to drop us off at the airport at 5am. He came on time, the car was comfortable and he was very kind to us. I have nothing to complain about and thank you again for a very comfortable journey!
