★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heç kimə məsləhət görmürəm bu firmadan istifadə etmək, qətiyyən!! Bu yay aylarında soyuqdan qırılırıq, kondisionerlərlə bağlı deyil onlar söndürülüb, üstümüzə də heç bir şey atmaq yoxdur! Çox peşmanam buradan bilet aldığım üçün, xəstələnməmək şansımız yoxdur. Birinci dəfə Ben tourismdən istifadə etmişdik və razı qaldıq, gələn dəfə yalnız dəqiq bildiyim xətdən istifadə edəcəm.
Highly recommend you to avoid this bus line! It is so cold inside, all conditioners are off, however we are just freezing. They have nothing to put on, I am really disappointed. First time I used Ben tourism and was satisfied I am really sorry that I didn't buy ticket from reliable for me bus line.
I do not advise anyone to use this company at all !! This summer we are freezing, not connected to the air conditioners, they are turned off, and there is nothing to throw at us! I am very sorry that I bought a ticket here, so we have no chance not to get sick. We used Ben tourism for the first time and we agreed, next time I will use only the line I know exactly.
