The masters are really high quality people, they will stand behind their work if there is a problem, they all do well, the workmanship is very good, but they do not do small jobs, they make excuses and provide it from the beginning.

At Uludag Automotive, I had air conditioner installed in my car, plus I had an air flow sensor cleaned. The air conditioner compressor burned out immediately after two kilometers. I went back to Uludag Automotive and showed them the problem and Uludag Automotive repairmen advised me to go with a broken air conditioner compressor. The way I would go was 1800 km. But my car broke down in Emirdag, almost the whole engine would burn out because of the air conditioner compressor. I was on the road for three days and had to get the car repaired. For that reason, I also had to stay at the hotel. Can a car drive with a broken air conditioner compressor? Why did Uludag Automotive recommend this to me!!! If the engine belt of the car broke, the whole engine would be damaged and it would cost me a lot. When I showed the air conditioner to the air conditioner master, they said that oil-free air conditioner gas was put in the car. The repair cost me a high price. Parcada could not be found in Turkey. I had this air conditioner gas installed in Uludag Automotive. Uludag Automotive masters both got a high price from me and did not give an invoice!!! What happened to the VAT on the money I paid? Can it be repaired without an invoice? Both high price, prepaid and poor quality transaction! However, why did I choose this repair shop: Because I had seen the movies on Youtube and trusted them. For this reason, I even stayed at a hotel in Bursa for two days just so I could have my car serviced at Uludag Automotive! It didn't turn out like I thought. Movies on youtube are just advertisements! Time, money and disappointed...

I went to have an exhaust fitted to my car, they said I can put an exhaust on my car even though the shop is empty. They say that they look at every vehicle in the videos I watched. A lot of people around me went to the repair and got frustrated.

I went to the lower oil leaks of the vehicle, but it is extremely busy and the staff is insufficient. Apart from that, the attention is good, the prices are not crazy, the knowledge level of the staff is good, as I said, the only problem is the density.

I can't understand the bad comments, the guys work cleanly, they both work and share information.. everything is transparent.. No one is faultless, even when they make mistakes, it is a place that honestly corrects their mistakes and always gives importance to customer satisfaction.
