★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essila mobilya aracılığı ile mobilesse firmasının yemek takımını aldık.Lacivert bir takım.Aldigimiz ürün konsolunun kulbu düştü,yemek masasının üzeri kalktı,yemek masasını ahşap zannediyordum,ahşaba benzer bir malzemeyi çok kalitesiz bir malzeme ile kaplamislar,anında kalkiyor.Bir sehpalari var en az 4 kez bacaklarını yaptırdik,en son bir bacağı kırıktı oglumuzun üzerine düştü yüzünü yaraladı.Firmaya yaşadığımız sorunları ilettik,geleceklerini söylediler,2.5 ay geçti hala gelecekler...şimdide hiçbir şekilde cevap vermiyorlar...Allah iyi insanlarla karsilastirsin duasının anlamını bugün çok daha iyi anlıyorum...tüketici mahkemesine gideceğim,hakkımı arayacağım...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eyüp Modesadan aldığımız mobilyalar mobilesse üretimi lacivert ,kenarı dalgalı olan modeli tüketici mahkemesine verdik. Mahkeme evimize gelip mobilyaları inceledi.(mobilya ustası olarak işi bilen biri) Usta mobilyanın neresinden tutsa elinde kaldı,yemek masasina ayrıca şaşırdı ? Hiç böyle kötü bir malzeme görmedim dedi,benç ortadan çatirdıyordu altını bir açtı boydan boya çatlak,sehpalar çöpte zaten? konsolun kulplarinin ikisi soyuldu biri düştü,daha neler neler ben uzatmayayım...tuketici mahkemesi ürün tamamen hatalı üretilmiştir ,tüketici haklıdır diye karar gönderdi.Avukata verdik ,mobilyacidan icra bekliyiriz,ve biz bu sene tekrar mobilya bakıyoruz.Siz siz olun bu insanlardan alışveriş yapmayın,Mobilesse sahibi Serdar bey bize igilenecegini söyledi süreçte ,3 ay şu gun geliriz bugün geliriz diye oyaladı !!! (Hadi ben zarif olayım oyaladı diyeyim !!!)sonrada telefonları acmadilar zaten,paramız,emeğimiz hayatlarının bir döneminde iki misli çıksın onlardan....
