Very very bad service they are not listening the passanger call they just showing own bigness I feel very disappointed

Apart from cancelling the trip, they are not reachable through customer service and also seem to turned off functionalities in their mobile app and website intentionaly, so it's not possible to get refund or reschedule. I believe it is also not customer centric to cancel flights a day before the trip. Not recommended.

I bought my ticket through Flighthub in september 2019 to be a head of time for christmas, on Nov.11 2019 I received an email from Flighthub that they regret to inform me that my flight coming back to Montreal on Jan,5 2020 has been cancelled! They said it is because of schedule change of Airline(Turkish Airline). I have an important meeting on Jan.6 2020 and i have a family event on jan.4,2020, they offered me a flight on Jan.06 2019 and they are still waiting for approval from the airline(Turkish Airline),it’s more than 72 hours!!! I would not recommend Turkish Airline!! It’s very dissapointed.

My worst review yet; They have cheaper tickets,have a good in flight entertainment system and served an average meal that’s where the positives end. Cabin crew and customer service were very nonchalant.On this particular flight they did not bother demonstrating a safety drill just a short video which alot of people could have missed. The airline uses small aircraft for long distance flights,chairs are uncomfortable and tight.To ice the cake,luggage’s did not arrive till the next day and no apologises/compensation was offered. The Goven security for the airline from Istanbul to London did a special search profiling mostly men of colour(Black & Brown) for what they explained to me was a “random search” how random is that really.A young black boy who looked no older than 13/14 was pulled aside to be searched”randomly” if it was about the durag he wore on his head then am not sure why the white young man(yes i said it!)in front of me with baggy jeans almost at his knees was just waved through and asked to have a nice day.This is 2020 people. Ild never use this airline again and do not recommend them especially for international transfer flights.I however recommend their staff take relevant courses and they invest in a consultant as they need a major overhaul.

Luggage lost for 9 days / Worst Airline ever. This is the first time I write a review on an airline and I travel a lot. I arrived to Delhi, but my only bag didnt. I am a nomad so all my stuff was in that bag. I had to replan all my stay in Delhi, I had a flight to Nepa that l I took without my bag, I had to buy stuff day by day since they didnt know if my bag will appear, I went through a lot of stress. Turkish really demostrate they dont care at all. After 9 days they sent my luggage, which I had to collect from airport. The compensation they offer from 9 days was so low bearly covered 5 days of the money I spent due to this issue. They refuse to compensate properly, not even to review or reconsider the compensation. The people who I was emailing seems not to understand properly english language, they seem to be machines. I am so dissppointed with this airline, I will never fly again or recommend to anyone. They truly dont care about you.

I would rate you a zero right now if that were an option. I bought a ticket just recent and one of the airline agents messed up on my departure. They told me to wait 7 days just to investigate the phone call. Came back that off course I wasn't lying and it was their mistake then I get all excited and asked to change my flight to match my original departure or similar at least in the same state then I get an email saying that regret to inform me that they can't make the change. I then create a new feedback because aparently this is the only way they see things!!!! I cant even talk to them directly. The feedback customer service cant even talk to them (whoever is approving everything)!!! I should had read the reviews prior to deciding. I still have no correct flight, still waiting and the flight is supposed yo be in about a week!!! This is insane !!! No customer service whatsoever !! I am very dissapointed!!! I have to figure out work and life and waiting on a decision just isnt right! Fix your mistakes right away! How do yall stay in business with such horrible reviews.
