★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place and welcoming staff. It’s economic 4 star hotel that I highly recommend it. The only disadvantage of hotel is absence of jacuzzi. The hotel has shuttle to all of the ski resorts of Palandoken and you just need to make a phone call to hotel for coming back. The hotel is ski to door and you can ski to Polat Ski resort. The hotel has all in service that I highly recommend it. The meal is decent and there is delicious wrap you must never miss it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful time at Palan Hotel for skiing. Through all levels and branches of the hotel, being a large family, we felt very warm hosted. The whole staff took care of our wishes and needs. Great ski instructors, creative arranged local meals and welcoming service all day long. Great hospitality during the complete stay. This holiday was amazing and we promise to come back again. Thank you Palan Hotel Staff, for giving us a very enjoyable time in lovely Erzurum.

•Clean room and bathroom .
•Very fast internet .
•Good breakfast and room service dinner.
•Helpful , friendly staff.
•Clean ,cool pool.
•Quiet location with an amazing view.
•hot water.
Negative note :
•carpet is old and stained .
•AC in summer time is not that cold and just air, but you can sleep with the window open.
Other than that its nice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. People DON'T COME to erzurum or turkey for tourism. Turkish people are taking so much advantage of foreigners! I went to the spa in this hotel yesterday with my friends and I regret going there and the restaurant here is worse. The food is bad and the manager is so arrogant and rude! Please avoid uncomfortable situations and don't come here.
