There are nothing much you can do here, a full day is enough to explore what its offers. Travertines and Hierapolis is a must, you can choose to try out the paragliding and hot air ballon here too if you want.

The agent here was very helpful even if I didn’t book tour with them since the time limit. The balloon they quote was way cheaper than any balloon in capadokia.

Here you would meet a middle-aged guy who calls every female tourist as Jennifer Lopez. He drove the shuttle for us from the stopover and brought us in this Pamukkale office, and sold us bus ticket to Izmir and Pamukkale tours. If you are coming from Cappadoccia by bus, you would most likely meet this guy. He knows everything in Pamukkale, great reference. Don't forget to ask for discount for the tours. ^_^

Don't go here!!! In kapadokia, We bought tickets to denizli. Arrive at pamukkale, suddenly but kindly they said they can keep our luggage on their office for our trip.. For free. But... They ask for fee for keep my luggage:( and we don't want keep luggage , they said we must pay for. Or we have to pay 5tl /1person to denizli!!!!! You are liar!!!!!!!!! You told me our luggage is free! And they said they have no responsability!!!!.. OMG..Please don't make fool decision..

Stay away!!! I had a very unpleasant situation with this company. Booked and paid flight with an hot air balloon trough my hotel and nobody comes in the morning for pick up. We tried to call them and send messages trough WhatsApp, they seen the messages and never answered. After few hours when we speak with the hotel manager, they said that he waited me on the balloons field...totally lack of Interest and professionalism. So in conclusion stay away if you don't want such a "flight experience".

I joined the Paragliding with Turkey Magic Travel, the total experience was a disaster! They didn't mention the duration of the trip, and it turned out only last for 5 minutes. The pilot is not professional at all. I told him it was my first time, and he didn't brief me how to land until we almost reached the ground, I asked him what should I do. In addition, the pilot did not allow me to use my phone to take photos/video during the trip even when we were still on ground. I told him it's not a problem for me to buy the photos & videos from them, however, the quality are VERY BAD. Last but not least, I asked the guide to call the boss to complain about the experience. He said he wasn't available, and didn't call us back. Eventually we met him on the street at dinner, he just walked away. This isn't a responsible travel agent should be.

Turkey Magic travel is highly recommended when in Turkey Last feb 26- March 03 I and my friend visited Turkey. Our first stop was in Pamukkale. Ali was very patient in all my query about our tour in Turkey. He was very accommodating, very professional. Unfortunately we missed our flight and Ali provide a flexible time for our tour. He arranged everything our itinerary. He called the hotel for our breakfast to maximize the time. With turkey Magic travel our tour made it amazing and memorable. We feel at home with turkey Magic travel and find a new family in Pamukkale. The guide was very good, very informative, speak English very well. The transport service from Denzil to Pamukkale, cappadocia to Nevşehir , Istanbul airport to hotel vice versa was very good. Ali assisted us in our stay in Turkey. When in Turkey you will see the Magic with Turkey Magic travel company. It is amazing traveling with them. Hope to see you next year.. Good luck!
