Peyniri beğenince çevremede almalarını tavsiye ettim. 2019 sonbaharında aynı yakınımız vasıtasıyla Saraçoğlu caddesindeki şubesine toplamda 43 kg peynir siparişi verdik. Takribi yarım kg lık vakumlanmış parçalar halinde peynirlerimiz, ücreti bize ait olmak üzere kargo ile geldi. Ancak kelimenin tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığıyla karşılaştık. Tabiki durumu hemen İzmirde mukim olan yakınımıza ilettik. Yakınımız, işletme çalışanının, tadına bakıp beğendikleri peynirlerin aynısından daha önce vakumlayıp hazırladıkları paketleri kargoya vereceklerini söylediklerini, ifade etti..Kendileri için aldıkları peynirlerinde maalesef tadına baktıkları peynirle alakası olmadığını da ilave etti.. Yakınımıza, peynirleri tüketmenin mümkün olmadığını, iade etmek istediğimizi ya düzgün peynir göndermelerini ya da paramızı iade etmelerini istediğimizi, işletmeye iletmesini rica ettik. Yakınımız, gidip görüştüğünü, ancak işletme yetkililerinin, alışverişin üzerinden bayağı bir zaman geçtığı gerekçesiyle ürün değişımıni veya ücret iadesini yapamayacaklarınî ifade ettiklerini, söyledi..
