Size 50 mbps internet derler bağladıkları 25 olur. Daha sonra da telefonlara cevap vermezler. Sakin yaklasmayin. Turkcell gibi bir firmanın nasıl bunlara bayilik verdiğini anlamıyorum.
 This dealer is a complete fraud, be careful, do not subscribe when they call you from this dealer. Because the service provided with the contract they talk to you is very different. They say you have 50 mbps internet, they connect it to 25. After that, they don't answer the phone. Don't be quiet. I don't understand how a company like Turkcell gives franchise to them.

In a word, they couldn't make a disastrous internet connection, I'm calling, they don't answer the phone. I have never seen such an irresponsible business.

The reason I made this 5 stars is to put the comment to the top. The dealer really has a place beyond irresponsibility, neither the phone is answered nor they come home and install the internet. My 2 month bill is wasted. I can't use the internet for 2 months and I think my goodwill has been abused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 gündür internet bağlantımız yok. 24 saat önce açtığımız arıza kaydına çözüm bulması gereken Turkcell Superonline Gaziantep bayisi Erdem Telekom, fırsattan istifade "Taahhüdünüz bitmiş" diyerek yeni kampanya yaptırdı. Arayan kişi ısrarlı sorularıma karşılık "2 aboneliğimiz için ödediğimiz fiyatın aynı kalacağı"nı belirterek onay aldı. İnanmayıp Superonline merkezini arayınca işin aslını öğrendim. Fiyat ciddi bir şekilde artıyor. Hemen iptal ettirdim ama bir iki gün de bu sahtekarlıktan dolayı mağdur olacağım. Ayıptır....
No internet connection for 2 days. Turkcell Superonline Gaziantep dealer, Erdem Telekom, who needed to find a solution to the fault record we opened 24 hours ago, took advantage of the opportunity and made a new campaign by saying "Your commitment is over". The caller received confirmation by stating that "the price we paid for our 2 subscriptions will remain the same" in response to my persistent questions. When I did not believe and called the Superonline center, I learned the truth of the matter. The price goes up drastically. I canceled it immediately, but I will be a victim of this fraud in a day or two. It's a shame....
