★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aras kargo parasını peşin alınca adresine götürmüyorlar. Sorunca da (götürdük,almadılar,yada evde yoklar diye yalan söylüyorlar.) Benim kargo geldi, mesaj geldi. O gün akşama kadar bekledim, gelmediler. Tekrar mesaj geldi.Kargonuz Şıhcan şubesinde, üç gün içerisinde almazsanız iade edilecek, dediler. Ben aynı gün gittim,"iade ettik"dediler. Böyle bir kargo yok, dediler.
Güvenilmez bir firma. Ancak parası önceden ödenmemiş kargolar (para almak için) adresine ulaştırılıyor.
When Aras receives the shipping money in advance, they do not take it to his address. When I asked (they are lying because we took it, they didn't take it, or they are not at home.) My cargo arrived, the message came. I waited until evening that day, they did not come. The message came again. They said that your cargo is at the Şıhcan branch, if you do not receive it within three days, it will be returned. I went the same day, they said "we refunded". They said there is no such cargo.
An unreliable company. However, unpaid cargo (to receive money) is delivered to the address.

There is no other company that does its job as ridiculous as this cargo, the name of the driver who delivers Düztepe, Özcan, does not deliver the cargo because the address is wrong every time, and the address is incorrectly entered into the system.
