Bugün saat 15:00 sularında teraziyi yenilemeye gittik, danışman Mahmut bize memnuniyetsizlikle hizmet etti, sonuç olarak terazi henüz gelmedi. Başka bir şehre taşındığımız için gelemiyoruz.. Yönetim harekete geçsin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. I m not sure how they are to turkish people them self but as a tourist, I felt like they didn't want to help me. I only wanted to top up my Internet and they said that system was down and when I ask them for any other local turk telekom shop they said that they don't know. I did not wanted to tell them about there behavior they way they were talking. While outside the shopping Mall there was one more turk telekom shop.
