 A very decent, clean and friendly gym. I would like to thank Ms. Seda, who made me love sports, my teacher sinem who provided my diet, and my teacher tuğkan, who made the lessons both enjoyable and productive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beklentilerimizin de üstünde gerçekten. Gelirken tereddütlerimiz vardı coronadan dolayı. Ama ortam o kadar nezih ki.. Her yer tertemiz ve randevulu gelindiği için de kesinlikle kalabalık olma durumu yok. Eşimle çift olarak yazildik ikimiz de aşırı memnunuz. Özellikle Tuğkan hocamıza burdan teşekkür ediyoruz EMS'yi sevdirdi bize. Dersler nasıl geçiyor anlamıyoruz bile. Sena Hanım ve diyetisyenimiz Sinemnur Hanıma da güler yüzlerinden ve samimiyetlerinden dolayı çok teşekkürler ?
Really above our expectations. We had hesitations while coming because of corona. But the environment is so decent.. Since every place is clean and there is an appointment, it is definitely not crowded. My wife and I wrote as a couple, we are both extremely satisfied. We especially thank our teacher Tuğkan, he made us love EMS. We don't even understand how the classes go. Many thanks to Ms. Sena and our dietitian Ms. Sinemnur for their smiling faces and sincerity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Супер зал. Два месяца ходим заниматься вместе с мужем. Результат отличный, диетолог предлагает простые и бюджетные варианты питания, время для занятий можно выбрать практически любое. Хожу в неделю 3 раза(2 ЕМС, чтобы сбросить вес, 1 раз на реформер - для души:)) преподаватели очень хорошие, внимательные и направлена на результат. Выбирали между несколькими спортзала, самый доступный и с чистыми душевыми - JOVEN.
Super hall. For two months we have been going to study together with my husband. The result is excellent, the nutritionist offers simple and budget food options, you can choose almost any time for classes. I go 3 times a week (2 EMS to lose weight, 1 time for a reformer - for the soul :)) the teachers are very good, attentive and focused on the result. We chose between several gyms, the most affordable and with clean showers - JOVEN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohoh, I had this kind of trainings first time. It's not just a regular gym. So how it works: the trainer puts on you an electric vest, you can ask to change the voltage for different muscle groups (it doesn't hurt). The workout is pretty intensive and 20 min of exercises enough for next 2 days?
This is the perfect place if you don't have much time, wanna loose wait or become more enduring.
Price is acceptable. 1000TL for 24 visits (including the trainer assistance).
They also have separated lockers rooms for boys and girls. The lockers room have several showers and even hair drier (at least man's one?). All stuff is friendly and always smile. I totally recommend this place ?
