★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakın Türk Telekom’a geçmeyin dolandırıcı bunlar. Faturalar sürekli aşırı yüksek geliyor ve sizin bilginiz dışında hattınızı yurt dışı dolaşıma açıyorlar faturanızı şişirtmek için !!!!! Yurt dışına sürekli SMS gidiyor hattımdan ben göndermediğini halde !!!! Faturasıda bana kesiliyor. Binlerce aynı şikayetten madur insan var açın bakım Ttelekom şikayetleri sayfasına !!! Ve arayınca sorununuzu çözmüyorlar !
Do not go to Türk Telekom, they are fraudulent. The bills are constantly getting extremely high and they open your line to international circulation without your knowledge to inflate your bill !!!!! I always send SMS abroad, even though I haven't sent me from my line !!!! The bill is also charged to me. There are thousands of people suffering from the same complaints, open care to Ttelekom complaints page !!! And they don't solve your problem when you call!

Bayi çalışanları beni fatıralı hatta geçirmek için faturalı hatlardan sadece faturalı hatlara geçebileceğimi söyledi ve işlem yapmadı müsteri hizmetlerini aradığım zaman böyle bişeyin olmadığı istediğim operatörden türk telekomun hem faturalı hem faturasız istediğim pakete geçebileceğimi söyledi. Bayi çalışanları ya bilgisiz ya ilgisiz işlem yapmak istiyorsanız son çare gitmenizi tavsiye ederim.
Today I went to the dealer. I said that I wanted to switch from Turkcell postpaid to turk telekom postpaid. Dealer employees said that I could only switch from postpaid lines to postpaid lines in order to switch me to the postpaid line, and they did not take action. When I called customer service, they said that there was no such thing, and I could switch to the package I wanted, both postpaid and prepaid, from the operator I wanted. If you want to make transactions that are either ignorant or uninterested, I recommend you to go as a last resort.
