The Good Working staff, waiters, kitchen staff, staff in general: If there's one think that makes Turkey best place for vacation that is their hospitality. Their working staff in that perspective is second to none. Although they suffer from lack of knowledge in terms of English language, their willingness to help surpasess that gap. Food Beeing the country with 80 million+ population and a climate that supports production of their own foods, there's literally nothing lacking in the kitchen. I've never seen so diverse options anywhere else and I traveled a lot. All turkish hotels not just this one have excellent food offering. Fresh, tastie, jami. Pools There are five pools, two small for kids three big for grown-ups. One of those has the massage elements that are awesome. All pools are maintained well, clean and beautiful. Beach Very close to the hotel, with showrs and bar, nice tends, sand, very nice place to be at. Maybe only thing missing is the cabin for changing the clothes. Rooms Clean, spacey, well light, well organised, very satisfying. Cleanines Have to admit, that literally every part of the hotel is well maintained and cleaned, absolutely lovely in that sense. Your room will be cleamed every day if you just hang your request outside your door, fridge will be filled, spot on. The Bad Sunbeds Starting from day one we had nothing but troubles with getting our places on the beach or by the pool. In every normal hotel you'd get the towel cards guaranteeing you a place on the beach, but not here. IT IS A MESS. One thing that can cost you your peaceful vacation. I've witnessed people almost get into phisical fights because of sunbeds. It is almost unbelievable that this is not regulated. This is how it looks: every morning you can pick up 5, 10, 15 towels, I've seen people taking 10-12 than these guys/ladies colonizing 10-20% of the beach in front of my eyes. This meams you have to get up at 6 o'clock to get the place by the sea or pool, than your vacation looks more like an army drill than a happy time. My wife had to gain back her sunbed from other turkish couple who landed their things over our beds and took it over, they found support in lady Yasar (guest relations staff) who was very rude, since they are turks, she made it really hard for us to win a clear case, so you better speak turkish here. Towels-cards It is unbelievable to me that in 2020 a 5 star hotel does not have towel cards for the beach. That alone ruins your chances to have a peaceful vacation since anyone fan get 5, 10, 15 towels and colonize the beach, it is ridiculous situation that creates many problems among the guests on a daily basis. Guest relations staff The only staff that does not deserve to have a positive grade, this staff is very rude, incompetent and rearely on their working spot. If you have a problem don't go there you will only have a fight. Wifi in the rooms Generally wifi is ok throughout the complete hotel except rooms. I was not able to use it in my room, so if you have small kids who like to watch cartoons you could probably end up changing rooms until you find one with wifi. Sea water This one's tricky, in 12 days of our stay one was without nasty waves. Waves are not a problem it is what they bring, garbage, sea gras, dirt, silt, foam. So we combined sea in the morning with pools in the afternoon. Beds and pillows During 12 nights I haven't really slept as a man. More as an owl. It is personal thing but I believe they are not comfy at all, especially the pillows. Conclusion Overall it was nice and pleasant vacation, but I wouldn't come back here again. So that makes my mind clear about the place, until they get some things right I'd search for a better place. But due to all the facts mentioned they do deserve 3 stars. Would have easily been 4-5 if major things were settled.

The atmosphere in the hotel was great. Not very busy due to the actual covid situation but I think they took enough precautions for all of us to be safe and remain healthy. Even if in my opinion is more a 4 star hotel because of the size and facilities, I will still offer 5 stars. The cleaning was good, people very friendly, more than enough and variation in food choices, also very delicious fruits and sweets. All the staff there in the hotel were very professional, polite and friendly. I am pleased to mention a couples of names like Sef Nur from the food side, and Erkan from Spa and Wellbeing Centre. I would like to mention that Erkan has got a great team there at the spa. The girls were always very professional, experienced and friendly at the same time. The massage plan build up by Erkan was excellent. We also enjoyed the Turkish bath, everyday aloe Vera daily face masks and the full body cosmetic mask included with our last massage. Overall, I will rate the services offered at the Spa & Wellness Centre- Crystal Family Hotel, EXCELLENT. Due to the actual pandemic issue, we spent all the time in the hotel area. The swimming pool and surrounding areas, the beach and our daily massage and all the pampering provided to the Spa centre, the beautiful weather, Sun and sea, very tasty and delicious food, always ready to help and smiley staff, transformed our holiday in Turkey into a great time full of lot of memories to be treasured for life. ?

Everything was very nice. I hope they get what’s family hotel because my two years old daughter take of some decorations on scene after DJ come out his cabin take it out and shout to me and my wife we need look after our kids. It’s family hotel shouldn’t be like this.

Very high level of hygiene, great entertainment and pools for children as well as very delicious cakes. The bad side of this hotel is that hotel stuff don't even know the basic English that results with I usually get wrong order and some of them as if they don't know to count. When I show them with fingers for example 3 pieces the would give me 2 or I show them 2 they give me 1

Whole holiday were very nice. Everything was tidy and well organized, we had a lot of fun here. Especially a la carte restaurant was amazing. We've had an Italian one and it was delicious. Miss Yazgul was very helpful too!

I thought that "family" means family. But it's 23:45, I am in family room trying to put my children to sleep and I can't because there is loud music from our and neighbor hotels. Btw territory of the hotel is very tiny, there is no enough space to walk. +1 star for great sea and pools. And good room and good view from it. And good children playground.

It was a great experience. Breathtaking scenery, nice beach. Great shows and entertainment. The housekeep team was very attentive too, especially on the third floor. They even arranged a low height pillow for us. We particularly thank the animation team, especially Can, and also at the restaurant Mehmet, Mustafa and Alparslan for taking best care of us during every meal, and Ms. Eymen too. She made much effort to bring us lactose free milk every morning. At the lounge bar you can be sure Ms. Cansu will bring you the best coctails. We'll most definitely come back soon.

nice friendly hotel. kind staff. everything is close as its a not big resort. clean and tidy rooms. will recommend. Food variety can be larger but quality was good.
