★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some menu items and ingredients were not readly available. Toasted sandwich was not available!!!. We ordered a hamburger and came without tomatoes in it. It is supposed to include it according to the menu description. The sandwich bread was not good as well. We asked them why, they did not have an answer. They were also out of tea. Very disappointed! Overall bad experience. Try another place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I liked was the taste of the food. We were there at around 9 PM but they didn't have the two main items on their menu. They are famous for their toasted sandwiches but they didn't have them when we ordered. It was not professional and acceptable. So we ordered a hamburger which was supposed to have tomatoes in it but unfortunately it didn't have tomatoes in it. They didn't let us know that they were out of tomatoes and the taste was not good without tomatoes. They also didn't have tea which is always served after meals in Turkey. The staff were not polite and helpful when we told them our complaints to them. They didn't even say sorry. I will definitely not go there again.
