★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best rent a car. I've been Bodrum 2017 summer. I rent a car from Goldcar Bodrum. I also bought Super Relax full cover. Someone hit the car in the car park. Than i called office, just this. They gave me new car. I didn't pay anything. Thank all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really advise anyone to choose another car rental company. They objected to our driving license documents, pocketed our money and, except from providing us a tel number in the UK which was of no use, were of no help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not accepting debit cards for fuel deposit, even if it’s explicitly mentioned in T&C. Very hard to contact customer service, email are ignoring, form on website are not working.

had my own private excess insurance Goldcar refused to accept this ,and also told me they do not accept Argus compare car hires ,who i booked through who offered the excess insurance at just over £4 a-day .
Ended up having to take Gold Cars insurance at over £8 a-day ,not happy as i had my own as advised on Martin Lewis money saving website at just over £2 a-day.
Then to top it off we set off on our journey to find no water for the window wipers , would have thought just a basic check before cars were hired out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an absolutely appalling company, a total scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! There are plenty of other options at the airport including well known rental companies. Pay a little extra to avoid the hassle. Thank you to Car Plus for helping us out.

Not correct information from manager. He told to me that I need to cancel discovery cars reservation and book directly from him Then he told that if I need , I can change car in few days. Or even return it back earlier , that's why I took more expensive car. When I realized that I need tot urn it back, because of my flight reschedule due to Turkish Lockdown - he refuse. But when I come to his office first he tell me that it will be no problem to turn car earlier, with recalculate price
