Flights are constantly delayed, you don't have to stop everywhere. We entered the center in Tosya to pick up passengers, we loaded tons of doors in the trunk for half an hour, if it was a freight truck, we would not have bought tickets.

It's very bad. We stayed on the road for 3 hours in the snow and winter, instead of trying to fix the vehicle malfunction, it took 3 hours for a new vehicle to arrive.
